|Recommended: YesVery nice apartment, but continuous mold — I have enjoyed living in the apartment at 613 however, I have been utterly disappointed by the services provided to me. I spent over a week living outside my apartment because there was a large sum of mold growing in my closet that took a long time to be fixed to then find out that the mold grew back entirely a week later. I have been sick during the entire duration of this mold infestation and am disappointed that the issue has not been resolved. The apartment itself, however, is very spacious and accessible. The kitchen is very nice and has a lot of space to do many types of cooking activities.

|Recommended: YesGreat experience. Everything I needed. Nothing I didn't. — Having a large living space is a huge boost to overall quality of life. The maintenance team and management have been nothing but excellent. They keep it low stress. Life isn't that serious, and SBA understands that.

|Recommended: NoDecent place to live — It was enjoyable to live here. Very spacious. Couldn't deal with the paper thin walls could hear every word ever spoken on the street as I was kept up every night as a result. There was always garbage laying around the complex and things took forever to get fixed. Annoying that the first and second floors were expected to pay the same price for an un-remodeled unit where the rest of the complex got brand new everything. If you need a decent place to live, this is definitely it. Decent.
|Recommended: YesPetey is the best — Lately our apartment has had some maintenance issues such as no heat and broken disposal and Petey has done such an amazing job responding to our maintenance requests. He is so friendly and goes above and beyond. Thank you so much I hope we spelled his name right .

|Recommended: YesSize is great, maintenance is responsive, but parking is expensive. — We have had to make a lot of maintenance requests which has been bothersome at times when things are breaking, however the maintenance services are responsive which can make up for it. We love the amount of living space, and chose to stay because of it. The finishes are great, and the place really feels like home. Also, the management staff are extremely helpful and kind
